Behavioral Aide Acute, AM (Daphne)

Behavioral aides are primarily responsible for the basic observation and monitoring of consumers on their assigned unit, documenting daily behavior changes, and effectively communicating these patterns to clinical staff. Key duties also involve engaging consumers, assisting with personal care and activities, and demonstrating the ability to deescalate crisis situations using established mindset principles.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position. The role demands physical capability for frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and rapid ambulation during emergencies, alongside the ability to work self-Scheduled 12-Hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
