The role involves providing ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers, assisting them with personal care, social interactions, outings, and safety, while also delivering basic living skills training based on treatment plans. Responsibilities also include recognizing and de-Escalating crisis states using approved interventions and modeling appropriate behavior for consumers.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 23 years old, holding a valid alabama driver's license with a good driving record. Employment requires attaining basic knowledge in child/Adolescent specialties, including psychiatric disorders and behavior management, within the first two weeks.
