Severe Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide exceptional behavior treatment services for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders using aba-Based therapy, working 2:1 with patients and families under bcba supervision. Responsibilities also include teaching clients communication, social, and self-Help skills, and collecting data to monitor progress.

Candidates should have a natural passion to serve others and may have experience working in crisis situations, working with special needs populations, or hold backgrounds in psychology or education. Successful candidates must adhere to all policies, maintain safety practices, and be able to communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues.
