Entry Level Behavior Technician

The role involves providing one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children in center or home settings, focusing on building communication, social, and problem-Solving skills. Technicians must also track client progress using company-Issued technology and collaborate with families and supervisors.

Candidates must possess patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and sound judgment, along with a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism and comfort with tablet-Based technology are essential.
