Behavior technicians will provide direct one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to pediatric clients aged 2 to 14, implementing treatment plans designed by supervising board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). Key duties include supporting skill development, collecting and documenting behavioral data, following safety plans, and collaborating with clinicians and caregivers.

Requirements summary

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position, and candidates should ideally have experience working with children, preferably in aba, childcare, education, or behavioral health. Candidates must also have reliable transportation and be able to pass required background checks and lift up to 50 pounds.
