Development Specialist

The development specialist primarily supports fundraising through grant proposal development and related operations, focusing on securing funding for the organization's programs and impact. Essential duties include writing and reporting on institutional grants, managing development operations, conducting prospect research, and maintaining positive cross-Departmental communication.

Candidates must have an associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 1-3 years of professional experience, with some background in early childhood or elementary education being advantageous. Required attributes include being highly organized, possessing exceptional written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with microsoft office and google programs.
