Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

The certified occupational therapy assistant is responsible for documenting patient care clearly and concisely, contributing to educational efforts, and selecting appropriate treatment methods. They must also recognize the need for alterations in treatment and notify the primary therapist of any significant changes.

Candidates must be certified and licensed as an occupational therapy assistant and hold a basic life support certification upon starting. New graduates from an approved program are also eligible to apply.
