Weekend Youth Sports Instructor- Litchfield

The instructor will lead and instruct structured sports programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, strictly following the b.e.s.t. Curriculum and coaching techniques. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive learning environment, ensuring participant safety, and managing necessary equipment setup and breakdown.

Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and engage young children effectively in a group setting. Essential requirements include dependability, punctuality, physical capability to participate in sports and lift up to 40 pounds, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional participant experience.
