CeO Advisor

This role involves providing intensive one-On-One and group academic advising to students in the ceo program, guiding them from orientation through graduation by engaging them in decision-Making processes regarding academics and career exploration. Key duties include maintaining confidentiality, updating records, contributing to advising events, and serving as a main point of contact for student inquiries and resource referrals.

Required qualifications include at least two years of experience in college/University student services, advising, or administration, along with previous work with trio programs or similar student populations. Candidates must also demonstrate success in relationship-Building and advising diverse students, including first-Generation and low-Income students, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
