Academic Advisor (Resource Navigator)

This dual-Role position involves managing an assigned caseload of students, ensuring consistent academic progress through advising, coaching, and monitoring data to identify intervention points. The advisor also serves as the primary resource navigator, conducting holistic assessments to connect students with internal and external support services addressing non-Academic barriers like housing and childcare.

Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in fields like academic advising, case management, or social work, along with a bachelor's degree. Required skills include strong case management, individualized support plan creation, excellent relationship building, and comfort with data systems, all while being deeply committed to educational equity.
