Elementary Coach

The coach designs and implements individual and group learning opportunities for teachers and school leaders, modeling effective instruction and providing ongoing professional development. This role involves assisting teachers in aligning instruction with standards and student data, observing practice, and providing meaningful feedback to increase teacher effectiveness.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in education plus five years of successful teaching experience, or an equivalent combination, along with a washington elementary certificate and required fingerprinting. Desired qualifications include experience in designing professional development, previous coaching experience, and strong presentation and facilitation skills.
