Elementary Teacher

The teacher is responsible for delivering course content in an online environment by providing instruction, guidance, and managing the learning process while focusing on individual student needs. Essential functions include providing engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, differentiating instruction, maintaining academic integrity via the grade book, and establishing positive rapport with families.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree, an active state teaching license, and the ability to clear a required background check, with residency in washington or within 50 miles of the state border. Desired qualifications include experience in online teaching, supporting adults/Children with technology, and proficiency with data interpretation and various microsoft office applications.
