Instructional Coach - Middle School English

The coach designs and implements individual and group learning opportunities for teachers, models effective instruction, and creates ongoing professional development to expand understanding of research and data-Based effective instruction. This role assists teachers in aligning instruction with standards and student data while providing meaningful feedback and coaching to increase overall teacher effectiveness.

A bachelor's degree in education plus five years of successful teaching experience, or an equivalent combination, is required, along with washington english certification and successful background checks. Desired qualifications include experience in designing professional development, previous coaching experience, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
