Preschool Teacher Assistant

The preschool teacher assistant will actively support the classroom teacher in establishing a spiritually based, educationally sound, and child-Centered environment, ensuring a smooth and stress-Free day for the children. Key duties include proactively assisting in the classroom, sharing god's love, maintaining safety, and supporting daily preschool policies.

Candidates must have a growing relationship with christ and a love for scripture, along with at least one year of documented, hands-On experience working with preschool children. Essential qualifications include strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to work as a self-Starter and team player, strong initiative, and demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
