Mental Health Counselor - Counseling Services

The counselor will provide short-Term, goal-Oriented individual psychotherapy and deliver crisis intervention services, including on-Call rotation support for undergraduate and graduate students. Responsibilities also include case management, supervision of trainees, and contributing to campus-Wide mental health outreach efforts.

A minimum of a master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field is required, along with current or immediate eligibility for licensure in massachusetts (Lmhc, licsw, or psychologist). Candidates must have direct experience in individual counseling and crisis management with college-Age students and strong clinical documentation skills.
