Interventionist Teacher - Elementary Math

The interventionist teacher modifies and adapts the k12 curriculum to meet individual student needs, collaborating with general education teachers through individualized and small group sessions to support academic goals for at-Risk students. This role involves ensuring the implementation of the rti instructional system, overseeing data collection and progress monitoring, and serving as a daily resource for administrators regarding rti issues.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and an active washington state teaching license, along with required fingerprinting clearance. Other qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively using student data to drive instruction, receptiveness to coaching, adaptability, and proficiency in microsoft office suite and new teaching technologies.
