Key duties involve ensuring match safety and effectiveness through regular follow-Ups, documentation in salesforce, planning match events, and adhering strictly to safety and compliance standards.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be actively involved in a local church and possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields like social work, education, or counseling, coupled with 3-5 years of experience working with diverse students and families. Essential qualifications include the ability to counsel adults from a biblical perspective and excellent communication skills for working with various backgrounds.
