The primary responsibilities include safely and effectively instructing exercise classes while adhering to all mandatory education certifications and sign-In/Sign-Out procedures. Instructors must also understand and follow all company policies, represent the crunch brand, and handle member requests professionally.

Candidates must maintain a valid cpr certification and hold a nationally accredited aerobic certification, with afaa, ace, or nasm being preferred. Experience teaching exercise classes for all levels and strong customer service and verbal communication skills are also required.
