Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team, requiring a high school diploma or ged and being 18 years or older. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and must obtain registered behavior technician certification within 45 days of onboarding.
