Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba, collecting data on client progress and engaging clients in therapeutic activities. They will also communicate with families regarding progress and assist in developing educational materials.

Candidates must possess active rbt certification or have completed the 40-Hour training, along with a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Additional requirements include the ability to pass a background check and obtain cpr certification before starting.
