Youth Sports Referee

The primary responsibility is to officiate various sports programs for youth and teens, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants. This includes adhering to ymca rules and guidelines, following all organizational policies, and managing equipment setup and takedown.

Candidates must be 16 years of age or older and possess knowledge of the sport they will officiate, with officiating experience being preferred. Preferred qualifications include current state-Approved first aid and cpr certifications, and the ability to respond effectively to safety and emergency situations.
