Family Liaison

The family liaison is responsible for building strong relationships with current and prospective kipp families and the surrounding community, acting as a liaison between school leaders, parents, and the community. Key duties involve managing family engagement efforts, conducting community outreach to increase enrollment, and supporting advocacy initiatives.

A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience, along with demonstrated experience engaging and mobilizing families or community members. Candidates must possess strong organizational, communication, and relationship-Building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-Paced school environment.
