Scholar Support Coordinator

The scholar support coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-Quality, legally compliant special education services by managing individualized education programs (Ieps), coordinating necessary meetings and timelines, and supporting teachers in implementing accommodations and instruction. This role involves maintaining an audit-Ready compliance system at the school level and partnering with leadership to ensure lawful processes and positive family engagement.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid georgia educator certification in special education, along with a minimum of three years of experience in education. Required knowledge includes idea-Aligned case management practices, iep development, implementation, and adherence to compliance timelines under both federal idea and georgia regulations.
