High School Graduation Coach

This role involves working with counselors and administration to identify and support at-Risk high school students, ensuring they receive necessary interventions to graduate on time and become college or career ready. Key duties include analyzing academic data, creating and staffing credit based examinations, monitoring student progress, and developing communication plans for parents and students.

A bachelor's degree plus three years of advising experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required, along with the ability to clear a required background check. Candidates must possess knowledge of state graduation criteria and community resources, along with strong interpersonal and technology skills.
