Certified Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision by conducting one-On-One therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement, and accurately collecting data on client progress across communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior domains. Responsibilities also include monitoring client changes, assisting with progress reports, and collaborating with families and team members.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver license and reliable transportation, with experience implementing aba programs or working with children with special needs being a plus.
