Job Developer

This role involves providing mentorship and advocacy services to a consistent caseload of 60 youth aged 16-24, developing individualized service plans, and connecting them to employment or educational opportunities. Major duties include assisting with recruiting and retaining youth for training and placements, and developing employer engagement strategies for subsidized and unsubsidized work experiences.

The preferred qualifications include an associate's degree in social work, criminal justice, or a related field, along with experience working with teens and young adults. Candidates should also have experience working in chicago's south and west side neighborhoods and with at-Risk individuals, requiring evening and weekend availability.
