Career Coach - Marion North County

The career coach will manage a caseload, providing work readiness counseling, mentoring, and assessing participant needs to identify employment challenges and solutions. Responsibilities include conducting regular meetings, creating employment plans, tracking progress, and ensuring participants achieve self-Sufficiency through case management.

Candidates must possess an associate’s degree or 12 months of related work experience, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated customer service abilities. Familiarity with local community needs and resources is also required, with one to three years in workforce development preferred.
