Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will complete structured 40-Hour rbt training to develop skills in behavior analysis, subsequently shadowing and assisting bcbas in implementing treatment plans for children with autism. Responsibilities also include collecting electronic data, engaging clients in therapeutic activities, and communicating daily progress with families.

Candidates must be willing to complete the required 40-Hour rbt training program to attain certification and must possess a high school diploma or ged, with further education in related fields being a plus. Essential requirements include the ability to pass a criminal background check, obtain cpr certification before starting, and demonstrate a passion for working with children with special needs.
