Registered Behavior Technician RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments, while also collecting and summarizing unbiased session data. Responsibilities include implementing therapy sessions designed by a bcba and proactively collaborating with the clinical team and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old, requiring consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home services. New hires must be eligible to pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire after completing the paid 40-Hour training course.
