Teaching Assistant (Part Time)

The teaching assistant will support homeroom teachers in grades k-6 by assisting with lesson preparation, instruction, and classroom management, including instructing students individually or in small groups. Responsibilities also involve developing student intellect and character while overseeing behavior and discipline in alignment with the school's mission.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and experience working with children, with a preference for experience in behavior management for younger children. A strong conviction for classical, liberal arts education values and the ability to hold students to high conduct standards are also required.
