Special Education Teacher

The special education teacher will provide developmentally appropriate classroom instruction aligned with iep/Ipp goals, utilizing research-Supported methods while continuously assessing and documenting student academic and behavioral progress. This role requires maintaining consistent communication with facility staff, parents/Guardians, and local education agencies through meetings, record-Keeping, and progress reporting.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in education and hold a current virginia or out-Of-State teaching license in special education or general curriculum k-12, or a conditional license with plans to obtain a professional license. Preferred qualifications include at least three years of classroom experience and a valid va driver's license.
