Registered Behavior Technician - In-Home RBT

As a registered behavior technician, you will implement aba therapy programs designed by a bcba, delivering one-On-One therapy to children with autism in home and community settings in virginia. Responsibilities include tracking client progress through data collection and analysis, collaborating with caregivers, and ensuring consistent treatment implementation.

Candidates must have previous experience in the aba field and prior behavior technician or registered behavior technician experience is required. Rbt certification is strongly preferred, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
