Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide will lead a mixed-Age toddler classroom within a montessori framework, focusing on preparing environments that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence through observation and individualized lessons. Responsibilities include supporting children's development in language, coordination, and self-Regulation while building trusting relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group care setting and possess required early childhood education or child development credits, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Interest in pursuing fully sponsored montessori certification is also required.
