Registered Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will implement specialized 1-On-1 treatment plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) in a home-Based setting for children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor progress and supporting the bcba with training families on treatment plan implementation.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with children, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-Paced environment while maintaining strong communication skills. A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, current/Active rbt certification, and access to reliable transportation.
