Core responsibilities
The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and possess a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Prior experience with children, behavioral challenges, or autism spectrum disorder is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required.
