Baseball Coaching Intern

The intern will assist in coaching youth baseball teams during practices and games, providing instruction on fundamentals, and developing age-Appropriate training drills to enhance player performance. Responsibilities also include collaborating on curriculum creation, supporting individual player development, and assisting with organizing camps and events.

Candidates must possess a strong passion for baseball and youth development, with preferred previous playing experience at the high school or collegiate level. Essential requirements include strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to work effectively with young athletes and staff, and creativity in designing engaging training drills.
