Direct support professional (Dsp) - Adult day services

As a direct support professional, you will provide individualized support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings. You will focus on fostering independence, promoting well-Being, and helping individuals connect with their communities while serving as a positive role model.

Candidates must possess a valid nys driver's license held for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successfully complete ddi's transportation orientation, or they will start at a lower rate. Essential personal attributes include being empathic, compassionate, patient, positive, energetic, enthusiastic, a good communicator, and a team player passionate about making a difference.
