This role also involves working directly with individuals at their jobs to analyze tasks, provide necessary supports like assistive technology, and proactively resolve any emerging issues.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Essential abilities include exercising good judgment, remaining calm during crises, and possessing excellent verbal, written communication, and time management skills.
