RN Clinical Educator - Critical Care (Cypress)

This role is responsible for autonomously providing expertise in adult education, instructional design, and training to promote competent and quality patient care, specifically supporting staff on icu and imu units at the cypress hospital campus. Key duties include performing competency management functions, developing educational content, and facilitating professional development based on nursing professional development standards.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a minimum of two years of nursing experience, along with three years of education-Related experience. Required certifications include a current texas nursing license and basic life support (Bls), with a master's degree and nursing professional development certification being preferred.
