Referees are responsible for managing flag football games in a fun, safe, and positive environment, ensuring the game flows by managing time, score, and rules. They must also act as role models, teaching teamwork and good sportsmanship to players aged 5 to 14.

The ideal candidate should be confident, upbeat, and good with children, possessing strong communication and people skills while being reliable and responsible on the field. Prior experience playing, coaching, or officiating football is a bonus but not required, as training will be provided.
