Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

Behavior technicians will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism in their homes, strictly following individualized treatment plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include collecting session data, documenting progress, and maintaining consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable working in home-Based settings, requiring reliability, patience, and compassion. Experience working with children in fields like teaching or healthcare is preferred, and local travel to client homes is mandatory.
