Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism in their homes, strictly following individualized treatment plans developed by a bcba. Key duties include collecting session data, documenting progress, and maintaining consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to travel locally to client homes, with after-School and weekend availability preferred. Experience working with children in fields like teaching or healthcare is preferred, and while an rbt credential is not required, training is provided.
