Behavior Technician (Paid Training)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism in their homes, strictly following individualized treatment plans developed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Key duties include collecting session data, documenting progress, and maintaining consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable working in home-Based settings, requiring local travel to client homes. Experience working with children in fields like teaching or healthcare is preferred, and while an rbt credential is not required, training and supervision are provided.
