Teaching Assistant

The teaching assistant will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher through planning, classroom organization, and providing individual and small group instruction to students aged 3 to 7 years old. This role also involves supervising students, preparing necessary materials, and attending faculty meetings and professional development sessions.

Candidates must be self-Motivated, enjoy engaging with young children, and possess a desire for professional growth in early childhood development. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience working with young children is required, although a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
