Behavioral Aide Acute, PM (Daphne)

Behavioral aides are responsible for the basic observation and monitoring of consumers, documenting daily behavior changes, and demonstrating the ability to de-Escalate crisis situations using mindset principles. General duties include assisting consumers with personal needs, supporting teachers, ensuring schedule adherence, and participating in shift reporting and documentation.

The minimum requirement for this position is a high school diploma or ged. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks such as frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and rapid ambulation during emergencies.
