Developmental Specialist (5116)

The developmental specialist acts as the primary contact for individuals, families, and agencies, maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress toward individual service plan (Isp) goals. This role involves directly supervising direct support professionals, conducting assessments, and collaborating on teaching and support strategies.

A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred, though related experience may substitute; candidates must be willing to authorize background checks including dppc and dds records. Essential requirements include fluency in english, valid massachusetts driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in microsoft applications.
