Core responsibilities

The technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They must also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided.
