Behavior Technician (BHT) Full Time

The behavior technician will work one-To-One with clients implementing applied behavior analysis (Aba) under bcba supervision to improve communication, social, and independent living skills. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams, following treatment plans, educating others on interventions, and maintaining accurate data collection.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation to travel to various service locations. Preferred qualifications include six months of experience working with children or adolescents with autism or other developmental disabilities, along with strong communication skills.
