Aquatics Group Ex Instructor

This role involves leading energizing, fun, safe, and educational group fitness classes, specifically in aquatics, to support the ymca mission and goals. The instructor must build authentic relationships with members, motivate them toward well-Being goals, and maintain required certifications.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and obtain cpr/Aed & first aid certifications and complete new employee orientation and foundations of group exercise within 30 days of hire. Essential qualifications include excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-Solving skills, along with the ability to relate effectively to diverse community segments.
