The behavior technician will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and collect data to monitor treatment progress. They will also support the bcba by training families on implementing these individualized treatment plans.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and passion for working with children, including the physical ability to keep pace with young clients. Prior experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
